Hard Cider Beer Bread {recipe swap}

Hard Cider Beer Bread

3 Cups of self-rising flour, sifted
¼ Cup of sugar
1-12oz. bottle of beer
(I used Angry Orchard Hard Cider Crisp Apple)
¼ Cup of melted butter

Preheat oven to *375

Mix dry ingredients and beer.  Do NOT overmix, batter should be lumpy.

Pour into greased loaf pan.  Pour melted butter over batter.

Cook for 50-60 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool.

This bread is delicious with chili or cubed as a dipper for fondue.  I served it with ranch dressing and it absorbed the dressing deliciously. Enjoy!
