Sunday ~ Wildtree Shrimp Scampi and linguini over spinach with multigrain italian bread
Monday ~ Salsa Chicken with yellow rice and spinach
Tuesday ~ Sunday Sauce with pasta and multigrain italian bread (will flash freeze leftovers for the weekend)
Wednesday ~ Green Bean Lasagna
Thursday ~ Carrot Orzo and grilled pork chops (if the grill isn't snow covered)
Friday ~ Turkey Burgers with spinach and cheese, served with BLT Pasta Salad
I'm making a concerted effort to make a meal plan and stick to it. Trying to avoid mid-week surprises that result in takeout or frozen junk. Wish me luck!
