Chicken Alfredo Bake {recipe swap}

If I am honest, I didn't have much hopes for this one, but it was sooooo freakin' good!

Chicken Alfredo Bake

2 Cups small shell or elbow pasta
1 Jar of light Alfredo sauce
2 Cups of marinated, boiled, shredded chicken
1/4 Cup of chicken broth
1/2 Cup of shredded parmesan cheese
2 Cups of shredded mozzarella
(I also used some shredded swiss)
1 Teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
A sprinkle of oregano (optional)

Preheat oven to *350

Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Boil and shred chicken breasts.

In a bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, garlic, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper, mix well.

Grease 9x13 baking dish.

Pour chicken mixture into baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.  Sprinkle with oregano.

Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

Serve with a green vegetable or crisp salad.
