Summer Winds

are apparently still around, cause it's downright sultry around here! Ok...so my foray back into Semi~Wordless Wednesdays is not wordless at all, but they aren't my words, they're Franks.
The summer wind, came blowin' in - from across the seaIt lingered there, to touch your hair- and walk with meAll summer long, we sang a song - and then we strolled that golden sandTwo sweethearts, and the summer wind
Like painted kites, those days and nights - they went flyin' byThe world was new, beneath a blue - umbrella skyThen softer than, a piper man - one day it called to youAnd I lost you, i lost you to the summer wind
The autumn wind, and the winter winds - they have come and goneAnd still the days, those lonely days - they go on and onAnd guess who sighs his lullabies - through nights that never endMy fickle friend, the summer wind

the summer wind
warm summer wind mmm the summer wind
